SMS Terms

These SMS terms explain how the Australian Institute for Human Longevity Pty Ltd ("AIHL", "we", "us") sends text messages. They apply in addition to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

We only send marketing text messages to people who have given us express consent, for example by ticking the SMS option when joining our waitlist.

Opting in to SMS is optional. It is not a condition of joining the waitlist or of any membership.

Occasional messages about AIHL, such as when founding memberships open, important membership updates and event reminders.

We will never send your health information or test results by SMS.

Message frequency varies, but we keep it occasional: typically no more than a few messages a month.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any of our messages. We will confirm your opt-out and stop sending marketing messages within 5 business days, usually much sooner.

You can also opt out by emailing info@aihl.au. Opting out of SMS does not affect your email preferences or your membership.

We don't charge for our messages. Your mobile carrier's standard rates may apply to any replies you send.

We use your mobile number only to send the messages described here and to contact you about your AIHL waitlist place or membership. We don't sell your number. Our SMS provider (Mailchimp, by Intuit) sends messages on our behalf. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information.
