One program.
Three depths.

Every AIHL tier is built on the same scientific foundation — comprehensive biomarker testing, results tracked over time with general guidance, education and community, and priority access to upcoming longevity research. The tiers differ in the depth of assessment and the markers included.

The science of longevity,
taught properly.

Longevity science moves fast, and most of what you read is hype. We turn the latest research into clear, practical lessons, so you know exactly what's worth your time, your money and your attention.

  • Always currentNew lessons and research briefings as the evidence shifts, so you hear what matters first.
  • Hype, filtered outEvery topic graded: what’s proven, what’s promising, and what’s mostly marketing.
  • From doctors & scientistsWritten by our clinicians and researchers, not influencers or supplement brands.

Research Access

Closer to the science,
as it happens.

AIHL is building a geroprotective research program with research partners, investigating interventions that may slow, halt or reverse aspects of biological ageing. Every study will have independent ethics approval before members are invited.

As studies open, founding members will hear first and eligible members will be invited to take part, with findings shared with members before academic publication.

Geroprotective trialsFounding members hear first, with priority invitations to AIHL trials as they open, for eligible members.
Research-grade analysisTrial participants get multiomics and advanced biomarker analysis, the way a research lab would.
Shape longevity scienceHelp build an evidence-based approach to longevity in Australia, if you choose to take part.
Credibility you can trustIndependent ethics approval and public trial registration for every study.

Voluntary: taking part is always your choice. Eligibility depends on each study's inclusion and exclusion criteria.

Member Community

Private access to people
at the frontier

Every AIHL membership includes access to our private member community — a curated space for people who take longevity seriously.

This is not a social platform or a wellness forum. It is a focused environment where our scientists and clinicians share what the evidence says, members compare notes, and the conversation is grounded in evidence.
