Research & Science
AIHL is building its geroprotective research program with research partners, investigating interventions that may slow, halt, or reverse aspects of biological ageing.
Founding members will get priority access to participate in these trials as they launch, where eligible, putting them at the leading edge of what the field is learning.
Designed with research partners, and run only after independent ethics approval. Founding members will hear first.
Membership Access
A research-grade panel across metabolic health, advanced lipids, inflammation, hormones and organ function, with advanced longevity markers in Tiers 2 and 3.
Well beyond the standard check-up.
Biological age is complex, and no single test captures it. We track validated estimates such as PhenoAge alongside the individual markers behind them, so you see the whole picture.
Many signals, not one number.
Ageing signals
No single number captures how you age.
As AIHL’s geroprotective research program opens, founding members will hear first and be invited to take part in studies where eligible.

Participation always voluntary
Every biomarker from every test, tracked against reference ranges in one record. It becomes more valuable with every test.
A standing record, not a one-off result.
Your course library and member briefings are updated as peer-reviewed evidence moves, so what you learn reflects the current science.
Updated with the evidence, not the news cycle.
Limited to the first 100 members, with pricing locked for 3 years and first access to the research program as it opens.

Founding member pricing is locked at the rate below for your first 3 years — regardless of future price increases.
Founding member rate — locked for 3 years
Annual comprehensive screening across core longevity biomarkers, general guidance on your results, your personal dashboard, and the AIHL Longevity Education Program.
Founding member rate — locked for 3 years
Everything in Tier 1, plus an expanded panel covering micronutrients, hormones, advanced cardiovascular markers, and longevity research biomarkers.
Founding member rate — locked for 3 years
Our most comprehensive assessment. Adds Klotho, epigenetic age testing, ApoE genotyping, and extended hormonal and metabolic profiling.
AIHL provides screening, education and community. It does not diagnose or treat medical conditions, and complements your GP rather than replacing them. Pricing shown in AUD.
Longevity, measured
Longevity isn't a single test. It's a record of how you change over time, and the knowledge to make sense of it.

Why AIHL
The Team
AIHL is led by clinicians and scientists who work in longevity, not adjacent to it. The people who set our testing standards are the same people building our research program.

Longevity medicine is rich in emerging science, yet largely shaped by influencers and commercial interests rather than the rigour patients deserve. Translating the best available science into a rigorous, clinically grounded methodology — disciplined, honest and clinician-led — may be the most important contribution academic medicine can make to human health in a generation.
Professor Pete Smith, BMedSci, MBBS, FRACP, PhD
Allergist and Immunologist

AIHL represents the shift preventive health has long needed — from reactive care to a science-based approach built on longitudinal biomarker tracking and personalized intervention. The panel itself reflects real scientific judgment with established relevance to biological age trajectory, not a consumer wellness checklist. Pairing that with real research access, including geroprotective trials, is the kind of rigor this field needs more of.
